What is Asia Session Liquidity?
Liquidity refers to areas where stop-losses and pending orders are clustered (above highs or below lows). The Asia session often sets key highs and lows that are later used by institutions to trigger liquidity grabs (stop-hunts) during the London session.
Why is it important?
The highs and lows formed during the Asia session serve as areas of interest (liquidity pools). When London opens, price often moves to sweep these liquidity zones before reversing in the intended trend direction.
